Lakefront Station
Cleveland 2010 // Competition (Finalist)
Lakefront Station is a proposal for a new high-speed rail station in Cleveland. The intent of this proposal is to strengthen and connect Cleveland’s existing public transportation networks, and to develop Lakefront Station as a true transit nucleus. The design integrates all modes of mobility at this nexus, including: high speed rail, light rail, commuter buses and trains, and bicycles. At the same time, it offers pleasant, walkable connections between these various modes of transit, while ensuring enhanced access to nearby destinations, both downtown and along the waterfront of Lake Erie. with Martina Decker
